Ontario Accessible Parking Permit

An Accessible Parking Permit lets the permit holder use designated accessible parking spaces. It is free. Many autistic people qualify when a regulated health practitioner certifies that they meet Ontario’s eligible health conditions (mobility, safety, or other listed criteria).

How to apply

1. Confirm eligibility on the ontario.ca Accessible Parking Permit page.
2. Complete Part A of the application; a regulated health practitioner completes Part B.
3. Submit online, by mail, or in person at ServiceOntario with identification showing name, date of birth, and signature.
