Featured listings have paid for priority placement and a richer profile. The badge is always visible so users know the difference. Featured never means “best” or “most recommended.”
We use structured fields (the Autism Support Profile™) that providers or the community fill in: sensory accommodations, staff training, communication approaches, funding accepted, age groups, etc. We encourage owners to claim and keep their profile accurate.
Yes. Use the “Suggest a Business” or “Report an issue” options on the site. We review suggestions regularly.
We are starting with the Greater Toronto Area (strong focus on Vaughan and surrounding communities) and expanding across Ontario. More regions will be added as listings grow.
